How to start a swap or refund

  1. Message us on WhatsApp with your order reference and what's wrong.
  2. We confirm the next steps and arrange collection or drop-off.
  3. Once the device is back with us in the condition we sent it, we swap it for the same model, or refund you if we can't.

What we need back

The device in the condition we sent it, with its box and the accessories it came with.
