Delivery times and fees.

How same-day delivery works

When we dispatch

We dispatch once your payment is confirmed. Your device is packed and handed to a rider with your order reference, and we message you on WhatsApp when it's on the way.

Outside Lagos

Orders to Abuja, Port Harcourt and other cities go out by doorstep courier, or to a pickup point where doorstep delivery isn't available. Times are counted in working days from payment.

Receiving your order

The rider calls before arriving. Check the device and its condition when it arrives. If anything is wrong, tell us within the swap window. Swap and refund
